Shipping and Delivery

We designed BASE to make sure our customers have the easiest and most enjoying able shopping experience. Our goal is to ensure your purchase is delivered within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping and delivery policies are subject to updates.

Apparel items:

For apparel items, please allow 1-2 days for processing. You will receive another notification with tracking details once an order has shipped. At this time, all Apparel items are printed in the U.S. and should arrive within 7-10 business days. Currently, we are only able to offer standard shipping on these items. 


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Apparel: We offer $6.00 flat rate shipping to the US. 

Accessories: We offer $4.99 flat rate shipping to the US.  
We are pleased to offer free domestic shipping to any order over $50 USD.

Please note: At this time, we cannot offer International shipping. We look forward to opening this up soon.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received tracking information within 2-3 days of receiving your order confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.


Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. On a case-by-case basis, we will let you know if your order is able to be shipped to a P.O. box.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery: if the item is unused and in its original condition, with tags attached, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
